ShopOps is a cloud-based print shop management platform that provides tools for order management, proof approvals, and team collaboration. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining your privacy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShopOps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
